A leading player in thermal comfort sought to modernize its pressure resistance testing processes. The goal was to replace manual testing with an automated solution capable of simulating intensive usage conditions in a repeatable and safe manner.
To meet this need for high precision, the laboratory was designed around eight test stations, organized into dual-test zones for maximum flexibility. Each test unit allows for testing of cylinders individually or in pairs within secure enclosures.
This facility not only allows us to verify the mechanical performance of our products under severe conditions, but also to optimize testing campaigns through automation.
The laboratory is controlled by proprietary software developed by LF Technologies, offering an intuitive interface for complete control over testing:
To optimize productivity, the system can be equipped with a pressure-reducing pump. This option speeds up the deflation of the bladders by drawing in water, thereby significantly reducing the total duration of hydraulic fatigue cycles.
The WPC is a pressure generator for performing proof pressure and alternating pressure tests on large capacity water heater pressure vessels EN 12897.
These tests can be performed under water circulation, with temperature control.
