Dans les phases de Recherche et Développement, la simulation de conditions extrêmes permet de prédire le comportement des matériaux et composants. Le recours à un mouton-pendule, notamment pour les essais de flexion par choc sur éprouvettes Charpy, répond à un besoin critique de fiabilité.
Conformes aux normes NF EN ISO 148 (parties 1 à 3) et NF EN ISO 14556, ces tests apportent une évaluation précise de la ténacité des matériaux à basse température et sous fortes contraintes, essentielle dans l’aéronautique, l’énergie ou les infrastructures.

Les composants sanitaires et industriels tels que les robinets sont soumis à des cycles d’utilisation intensifs. Pour garantir leur fiabilité, les bancs d’essai hydrauliques permettent de simuler des conditions d’usage prolongé : ouverture/fermeture, pression, température.

Tuyauterie et canalisations : testez la résistance face aux pressions cycliques
Les installations de transport de fluide nécessitent des tests poussés sur les composants de tuyauterie, les raccords et les accessoires (colliers d’obturation, appareils de robinetterie). Les bancs de test spécialisés permettent de reproduire des cycles de pression répétés afin de mesurer la résistance à la fatigue et prévenir les risques de rupture en service.
