Main functions
The Flexural testing machine is designed to perform bending tests on your product and/or sample, with an optimized progressive force increase up to rupture or to a programmable force level.
This gradual force ramp-up is ideal for testing fragile materials such as roof tiles, ceramic tiles, earthenware, glass panels, and similar products. It enables accurate measurement of the maximum force reached at the point of rupture.
Operating mode
The operator adjusts the spacing between the two supports.
On this Bending test bench, the support tooling descends at high speed until it automatically detects contact with the product being tested. Once the tool comes into contact with the product, the support force increases progressively according to a programmable ramp.
The downward movement continues until automatic rupture detection or until the programmed maximum force is reached.
The maximum force peak reached is stored and displayed on the screen.
