Main functions
Strength testing and leak detection
The burst test bench is a pressure generator designed to perform strength tests on various products such as lighters, tanks, cartridges, and any other products that can be pressure-tested. Its modular design allows for testing up to 16 products, thereby ensuring component safety and compliance with production or R&D requirements.
Operating mode
Automated cycle for repeatability and safety
The test cycle is fully PC-controlled to ensure constant monitoring and metrological accuracy:

Setup and shutdown:
Place the products inside the secure chamber and set the desired pressures via the control interface. -
Pressurization:
Automatic clamping of products using pneumatic cylinders (245 N force) and gradual pressurization via the static generator (ramp from 0.5 to 2 bar/s). -
Analysis and traceability:
Continuous monitoring until a rupture or leak is detected, followed by automatic saving of the results in the software to ensure analysis and traceability.
