Main functions
The TC-PUMP test bench is designed to qualify hydraulic components subjected to accelerated aging conditions. Its design enables the simulation of real-world life cycles by combining precise mechanical and thermal stresses.
Operating mode
The TC-PUMP performs endurance tests on hydraulic equipment using pressure and temperature cycling. A piston, driven by a brushless servomotor and a ball screw, ensures precise pressure build-up without hydraulic shocks. The test bench simultaneously manages up to 5 identical and independent test stations. Each line is equipped with upstream and downstream shut-off valves, allowing a sample to be isolated without interrupting the cycles of the other channels. The entire system is controlled by dedicated software running in a LabVIEW environment, which allows for the programming of complex test routines (sinusoidal, step, etc.).
