The thermostatic cartridge adjustment and test bench enables you to test the behavior of a thermostatic cartridge (tightness, flow, antiscald) and adjust the cartridge temperature control manually or automatically.

Endurance Automatic Temperature Control and Test Bench for Thermostatic Cartridges
Production bench used to adjust and control thermostatic cartridges.
This bench is used to : – Check the presence of seals by means of a leak test.
– Control hot and cold water pressure.
– Check that water supply temperatures are within the user-defined range.
– Check the flow rate setting.
– Carry out a mixed temperature test in the full hot position (C3 / ECAU standard).
– Operate the cartridge over its full operating range and check the operating torque.
– Automatically set the mixed water temperature to 38°C.
– Perform antiscald and hyteresis test.
– Mill the cartridge to locate the 38°C – Blow dry the cartridges.

OPTIONS
Automatic marking of a rotating marker
Automatic marking enables a mark to be machined on the temperature control and the body of the cartridge. This mark is associated with a specific adjustable temperature setting (usually 38°C) to enable the cartridge to be correctly positioned in the valve during assembly.
Water distributor for hot and cold circuits for energy savings and closed circuit
When the water supply circuit to a bench is a closed circuit, the Splitter returns the mixed water mixed by the tap to the hot water circuit on the one hand and the cold water circuit on the other, in proportion to temperature. Thanks to this system, the heating and cooling capacities of the hot and cold water generators can be significantly reduced.
