Problematic issues
As part of the implementation of a new product, our client was looking for a complete assembly and control solution, allowing full traceability of all operations.
Solution and result
LF Technologies has developed a complete flexible and modular assembly and control line, including a dozen automatic assembly and control modules, several manual pre-assembly modules for sub-assemblies and parts supply racks.
The product body is mounted on a trolley that circulates on the line and brings it to each module. The assembly stations allow to control and assemble on the product body individual components or sub-assemblies pre-assembled by the operators.
Each product is identified by a laser-engraved datamatrix code.
Traceability of assembly operations and operator access control are ensured by an RFID identification system.
All operations (conformity of parts, assembly functions, test functions) are automatically recorded in a database.
