In the production phase (assembly of taps, thermostatic cartridges), this test bench validates the technical characteristics of your pumps, valves, taps, valves, etc. during the assembly phase and before marketing. In our range of hydraulic test benches you can find performance benches, endurance benches and control benches adapted to your hydraulic tests for your sanitary equipment. Our hydraulic test benches comply with the certifications and standards for sanitary fittings. They will enable you to measure the hydraulic performance of all types of sanitary valves such as
- Simple tap: This is a one-way tap without a mixer. It has a single operating element to supply either hot or cold water.
- Mixer tap: This is a tap with two control elements that allows the mixing of hot and cold water to obtain a more or less mixed water.
- Mixing tap: The mechanical mixing tap is a single lever tap with a single control to manage the water flow and temperature.
- Thermostatic tap: this tap has two operating elements, one for the water flow rate and one for the water temperature. A thermostatic cartridge allows automatic temperature regulation and thus avoids the risk of scalding. The mixed water is at a constant temperature regardless of the supply conditions.
- Timed tap: This is a tap with a single control, usually a push button. It allows water to flow mechanically for a set time.
- Electronic mixer tap: This sanitary tap does not have a manual control, it is supplied with water thanks to a detection sensor. It exists in a timed version (water flows for a given time) or a detection to activate the water and a detection to stop it.

Hydraulic components are the devices and instruments that are used to handle fluids under pressure. We also offer a hydraulic test bench that will allow you to perform cyclic pressure tests in water to simulate water hammer. It will also allow you to carry out characterisation tests under pressure on hydraulic equipment subject to particular standards.
Hydraulic generators regulate the temperature of hot and cooling water during hydraulic tests. They have a closed water loop. Our range consists of 2 generators whose main difference is in the thermal power and the accuracy of the water temperature. They have been developed by our engineers to supply water to all LF Technologies hydraulic benches.

Our hydraulic test benches are developed in accordance with the standards or quality marks of each country, at international level, such as KIWA, NF, DVGW, Watermark, BSI, etc.
These test benches, which are test platforms designed to measure hydraulic performance, incorporate the necessary and redundant safety features for the protection of test operators from the outset.
To help you choose the best hydraulic test method, LF Technologies has defined 3 families of hydraulic test types:
1 - The hydraulic performance bench, also called characterisation bench, maintenance load bench, GO/NOGO test bench
The purpose of this performance test bench is to validate the operating condition of the product by means of a simple GO/NOGO response or by taking precise readings of the specific characteristics of your product (maximum pressure test, maximum temperature test, maximum flow test, leakage test). These tests can be destructive tests, breakage tests, shock tests or tests for reaching the maximum thresholds recommended by your quality department or by the standards in force.
2 - The hydraulic endurance bench, also known as the fatigue bench, maturity bench, robustness bench, ageing bench
The purpose of this endurance test bench is to test the life and reliability of the product throughout its future life cycle. These ageing benches, which accelerate product wear, are used during the product development phase by our customers' R&D and Quality departments.
These fatigue tests include long cycles, several million cycles, in an autonomous and instrumented manner. Throughout these endurance tests, the parameterised test instructions and the product performance characteristics recorded are stored in the PLC.
3 - The production test bench, also known as the validation bench, the acceptance bench
This test bench integrates the test automation on the production line in the various assembly phases of your product. LF Technologies designs assembly modules incorporating sensors that ensure the traceability of assembly characteristics (torque control, control of the presence of a seal, etc.). Similarly, automated tests are integrated into the assembly modules or stations in order to validate product conformity (vacuum or pressure test with tracer gas, flow test, etc.).
