In addition to our warranty, we offer you support for your machines through our maintenance solutions. We can take care of spare parts changes, sensor calibration or answer your questions related to the use of your test bench or production machine.

Our maintenance contracts are available in 3 different formulas: eco, standard and exclusive.

Choosing one of these formulas means that you are guaranteed 2 years of maintenance and assistance from LF Technologies.

Opting for one of our maintenance and assistance offers for your test bench or special production machine also means having maintenance recommendations, readjustments of your machine and a maintenance solution.

LF'Assist services

LF'ASSIST - AUDIT

  • Travelling engineer to your site;
  • Control of the state and functioning of the equipment;
  • Audit report in PDF format (assessment of the condition of the equipment, list of parts to be replaced, list of maintenance work to be carried out, proposals for optimising the equipment).

LF'ASSIST - PREVENTIVE

  • Replacement of spare parts in the system;
  • Checking the start-up;
  • Essential technical stop.

At least 2 weeks before the intervention, LF Technologies will contact you with a list of actions based on the audit.

LF'ASSIST - CONTACT

  • Immediate handling of the call between 08h30 /12h30 - 14h00/ 18h00 (on working days);
  • Technical response or planning of a trip within 48 hours;
  • Telephone assistance

LF'ASSIST - REPAIR

3 different services: REPAIR / REPAIR 2W / REPAIR 72H which determine the intervention time of LF Technologies teams.

  • Breakdown or maintenance interventions that fall outside the scope of the LF'ASSIST - AUDIT and LF'ASSIST - PREVENTIVE days;
  • Intervention time not guaranteed / 2 weeks / 72 hours;
  • Delivery of a PDF report of the interventions carried out and those to come.

The LF'ASSIST maintenance and assistance contracts consist of 4 associated services: AUDIT, PREVENTIVE, CONTACT, REPAIR.

They form a complete and ideal solution for the maintenance of your hydraulic or mechanical test bench or your special production machine.
