Technical description

Main functions

The thermostatic performance test bench is a test bench for studying the hydraulic performance of thermostatic mixing valves and limiters. This test bench allows the precise analysis of the reaction of the devices to variations in temperature (EC), flow and pressure (EC, EF), etc...

Operating mode

The test bench generates pressure through servo pumps and controls the motion of the control levers of mixers and limiters by means of motorized actuators. These actuators are installed on a "C" beam that allows flexible fixing on all types of taps. When the devices to be tested are positioned on the test bench, the pre-programmed test scenarios will take place to actuate the faucet, to measure pressures, flow rates and temperatures, etc.

Characteristics of the device

  • Orientation and positioning stage for the device to be tested
  • Automatic operation actuators for all types of faucets
  • Stainless steel frame
  • PC control
