Operating mode

The aim of the test is to apply traction cycles, each cycle consisting of a speed-controlled rise in load (force control according to a ramp in kN/s), a load-holding stage with constant force control, and a return to the starting position.

• Positioning the cable: The cable to be tested is fixed to the adaptable anchor points.
• Parameter programming: Test data (force, pull speed, length) is entered via the intuitive HMI.
• Test start-up: The system automatically engages traction, monitoring critical variables in real time.
• Data acquisition : Built-in sensors record measurements with a high degree of accuracy.
• Stop and analyse: Once the test is complete, the results are displayed and saved for later analysis.

This process ensures repeatable tests that comply with industry quality standards, while offering intuitive and efficient operation.
