Filling with transformer oil
Dielectric oils are insulating oils for transformers and electrical equipment where oxidation stabilisation is required.
They are used to insulate the protective parts from the electric current, to dissipate heat or to suppress electric arcs.
Objective
Design and build machines that are transportable, compact and easy to use in racing conditions.
Problematic issues
The filling machine must allow the dirty oil already in the vehicle to be drained and replaced with new oil before the start of the races directly on the track.
As the dielectric oil is in direct contact with electrical components, the oil must be free of all traces of moisture.
Solution and result
A high-efficiency filtration system is integrated into the filling machine. The filtration system also ensures the injection of the dielectric oil with a pump into the vehicle.
The equipment designed by our team is a compact mobile machine with a very simple operation thanks to its ergonomic and intuitive control panel.
