FUNCTIONALITY

Cutting of various materials.

The material is cut by a very high pressure water jet (≃ 4000 bars), with abrasive injection or with pure water.

Combined with a 3d positioning system, waterjet cutting allows an almost unlimited variety of shapes.

This technology allows the cutting of all types of materials, in great thicknesses, without thermal affection and with a very limited cutting effort.
Possibility of correcting the draft and wear of the nozzle thanks to a 3D positioning system and an automated measurement system.
